PHONE ORDERS: Only U.S. Orders are accepted. Call (800) 626-7768 Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12 pm (CST) with orders or questions.
FAX ORDERS: Established accounts can FAX orders to: (507) 372-2950. At this time, we cannot accept NEW orders via FAX.
MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE: All orders are shipped ground from Worthington, MN:
- Standard shipping is FREE with a $175 minimum order
- Second-day delivery is FREE with a $750 minimum order
- Next-day delivery is FREE with a $1,500 minimum order
SALES TAX: All applicable sales taxes will be charged per state that respective orders originate from.
PAYMENT: We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do NOT accept personal checks at this time.
PRESCRIPTION ORDERS: In order to fill a prescription, Prairie Livestock Supply/Veterinary Medical Center require that a valid Veterinarian/Client/Patient Relationship (VCPR) be established. Please see our Prescription Terms & Policy for more information.
