Credit Policy

  1. Accounts that are not paid in full by the 15th of the month following the month of purchase will incur a finance charge of 1.5% (18% annually).
  2. A minimum finance charge of $1.00 will be charged to all past due accounts.
  3. All accounts not paid-in-full by the end of the month in which they were due will receive a reminder notice that finance charges have been added to the account.
  4. Unless prior arrangements have been approved, all accounts not paid-in-full by the end of the month following the month in which the account was due will be put on a CASH ONLY BASIS. All purchases will be cash only until the entire account is paid-in-full and a new credit application has been filled out and accepted.
  5. All accounts not paid-in-full 60 days following the month of purchase may be turned over for collection unless agreeable arrangements for the payment of the account has been made.
  6. Delinquent accounts are not eligible for any discounts.
  7. If a customer has more than one account, deliquency on any one account will result in all accounts going to a CASH ONLY BASIS.
  8. All payments to past due accounts are credited to finance charges first with the balance applied to the oldest invoice(s).
