- Received her B.A. in Biology (Chemistry minor) from the University of Minnesota – Morris in 1996
- Received her DVM from the University of Minnesota in 2000
- Emphasis on dairy and dairy calf production medicine
- Special interest in colostrum management, milk quality, and reproduction
